By using kaogames.com you agree to what follows. KaoGames is a platform for free browser games: creators publish them, and you play them.
Every game on this site is free to play. Some are made by us and most are published by creators, who are responsible for their own games. We may add, change or remove games at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular game stays available. Games are provided as they are, without warranty — if one breaks, please tell us and we will try to fix it.
This site, and the games we make, are ours. A game published by a creator belongs to that creator, who lets us host and show it here. You may play every game here and link to them freely. You may not copy a build and host it somewhere else, embed it on another site, or present it as your own work. Builds check where they are running and will refuse to start elsewhere.

Play counts and ratings are de-duplicated per visitor. Attempts to manipulate them are ignored rather than punished, but persistent abuse may be blocked.
Anyone 18 or over can publish a game from their account after agreeing to the developer terms. By publishing, you confirm that you made the game or have permission to use everything in it (code, art, music, characters and names), and that it contains no malware, no tracking of players and no adult content. KaoGames reviews game builds before they go live.
Every game and creator profile has a Report button, and a person reads every report. We take down games that break these rules. A game taken down for copyright, harmful code, adult, hateful or misleading content is a strike against the account that published it, and an account with 3 strikes can no longer publish. A strike is lifted if the takedown is reversed.
If a game here copies your work, send a copyright notice. If your game was taken down by mistake, the same page explains how to send a counter-notice.
Some games save progress in your browser's own storage. That data lives on your device, not on our servers, and we cannot recover it if you clear it, switch browser or use a private window.
The site and its games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using them — including lost progress.
